Amrita Bharti2022-12-26Doctors and staffs nature was very good and helpful, they are doing the needful help, got right treatment but only bad thing is medicine counter, the guy who was on medicine counter told me to take medicine but what he said it was completely different what it was actually mentioned on my prescription, he told me to take medicine before food but it was like before one tablet and after one tablet and again same with the gel also he told me to take anytime but it was for digestion and in my prescription it was mentioned after taking food 3times in a day, but he didn't mentioned anything such like that, so please management should look into this because if some one will not take medicine on time how he or she will get cured, i am totally satisfied with doctor but not with medicine shop guy

The newly joined staff nurse (not sure about her name) who was on night duty was doing an exceptional job. But the reception people are useless. Just looking into their phones n taking personal calls etc... Bothered only about collecting fee.
